Shelly just flew in from Washington for the holidays. She hasn't sat on a horse for half a year and was really craving a trail ride.
So Stephanie left work early today, we loaded up the horses and went back to Pine Island. We even got to the Indian River twice, ran up and down sand dune - our hill substitute here in Florida, and saw an armadillo. No gators today though.
The weather was great and we had a nice ride, covering 5.34 miles in an hour and 35 minutes.
