Endurance Training Week 1, Saturday


The nice thing about endurance training is that you get a good amount of mileage in relatively little time. I was at the barn at 8:30 am, rode Brownie and was back home before 10. It was a very nice ride, Brownie sped up on the way back and we did 26 minutes of non-stop jogging, the last 9 minutes at a good pace of 7:00min/mile.
It's very motivating to train for a purpose rather than just going out for a trail ride even though there's not really a big difference.

I walked the first and last 6 minutes on the dirt road as usual.
